Western Leyte College proudly honors the outstanding academic achievements of the graduating Class of 2026 during its 78th Commencement Exercises. This year, a total of 25 graduates have earned Latin Honors, including 8 Cum Laude awardees, 15 Magna Cum Laude recipients, and 2 student who attained the highest distinction, Summa Cum Laude.

Leading this year’s graduating class as Valedictorian is Leonardo M. Wenceslao from the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management, while Niña Jane R. Boholst from the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science has been named Salutatorian. The recognition of students with Latin Honors will take place during the 78th Commencement Exercises scheduled on May 21–22, 2026, at the Ormoc City Superdome.
