BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ACCOUNTANCY
The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is a four-year degree program that provides general accounting education to students wanting to pursue a professional career in public, private, and government accounting. The graduates of this program are able to take the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam (CPALE) and other assessments leading to certifications in Accountancy given by the Professional Regulatory Commission – Board of Accountancy (PRC-BOA) and other global professional Accountancy organizations.
The objective of this program is not just to impart knowledge in the vast field of Accounting, but also to instill and foster essential skills, values, and ethics to practice the profession; to produce competent and ethical professional accountants capable of making a positive contribution over their lifetimes in the profession and society in which they work.
